Compass, a Sudbury-based social agency  that provides child and youth mental health services, has announced a change in its local community strategy.  Compass has a new toll free phone number for all future telephone communications at 1-800-815-7126.

"The decision reflects our dedication to providing a seamless experience for our clients and partners," said a Compass news release.  Compass has offices in Sudbury, Espanola, Little Current and Chapleau.

"By consolidating our phone lines into one toll-free number, we aim to simplify communications processes and ensure that individuals can reach us conveniently, without incurring any additional charges," said the release.

Compass said the change to the single number was part of an exciting and ongoing effort to enhance accessibility and streamline the communications for partners and clients.

"This transition underscores our commitment to providing a seamless experience and ensuring that individuals can easily connect without any barriers," said Compass executive director Mark Fraser.

Compass is asking all clients and partners to update their records to include the new toll-free number. Compass said all previous numbers for local offices have been deactivated to make the transition run as smoothly as possible without any disruptions in communication.

Anyone with questions or concerns is asked to reach out by email to [email protected], said the news release.
