It is with heavy hearts that we announce his peaceful passing on Thursday, May 2, 2024 at the age of 83 years. Son of the late Percy and late Jeanne (née Mainville) Castonguay. Beloved husband of 55 years to Lorraine (née Chartrand) Castonguay. Devoted father of Gene (Tammy). Dear brother of Carmelle (late Clarence and René), Suzanne (Paul) and Rhéal (Catherine). Predeceased by his siblings Bernard (Claudette), Vivianne (late Gilles) and Cécile (late Normand). Cherished grandfather of Kayla and Jessica. Equally missed by all his nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
A funeral mass will be celebrated at the St-Alexander’s Parish, Chelmsford, on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations online to NBRHCFoundation.ca/How-To-Give/ would be appreciated.
