In loving memory of Norman "Norm" Tang Sr. 88 years. Norm passed away peacefully at Health Science North on Tuesday, April 23rd, 2024. 

Beloved husband and bestfriend to his loving wife of 60 years Jeannine “Jean” Tang (nee Lalonde) predeceased in March 2023. Loving and devoted father to Brenda (Norm), Norman Jr., and Jaime -Jean (Frank). He was the best father-in-law to Norm and Frank who will miss the amazing stories he shared on many occasions. Lovingly remembered as the best Pépère by his grandchildren Ashley (Sam), Stéphanie (Kyle), Jessica (Dave), and his boy Ethan "Edan", and great grandchildren Cohen, Connor, Victor, and Olivia. Son of George and Mary Tang (nee Desjardin) both predeceased. Dear brother of Allan, Karl, Elanor, Victor, Wanda, and predeceased by Mildred, Beatrice, Margaret, Lorette, Florence, Howard, and Lorne. Norman will be sadly missed by his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends. 

Norman enjoyed the very simple things in life; camping with his family, woodworking, gardening, watching wrestling on tv with his wife and he  especially enjoyed fishing with his family. We will all miss his jokes, amazing stories and humour. Norman had a very big heart and would help anyone without a complaint. 

Funeral service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson & Barnard Funeral Home 233 Larch Street, Sudbury on Saturday, May 18th, 2024, at 1:00 pm. Friends may gather at the funeral home after 11:00 am on Saturday.
