It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Henri Jean Houle, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the age of 88 years.
Son of the late Renée and late Agnus (née Blais) Houle. Beloved husband of 41 years to Yvette (née Ethier) Houle. Caring father of Bernard (Lynn), Kimberley-Ann (Chico), Todd (Bonnie), Kim, and Karen (Michael). Dear brother of Dorothy Lively, Jackie Kohan (late Joe), Rolande LeFave (Clare), Roland and Chris, Normand and Richard (Gail). Predeceased by his siblings Bernadette Yates, Eddie, Armand (Theresa), Gerry, Harvey (Mary) and Robert. He will be greatly missed by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Equally missed by his nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Henry loved to spend his winters in Texas and travelling the world. As per his wishes, there will be no service or visitation. A mass will be held at St-Anne-des-Pins Church (14 Beech St, Sudbury) on May 25th at 11:00 am. Donations by check or online to the Alzheimer’s Society would be appreciated.
