In loving memory of Katie Kettlewell (nee MacDonald). It is with great sorrow that the family announces her passing at the Maison McCulloch Hospice in Sudbury on Saturday, May 4th, 2024, at the age of 89 years.
Daughter of Roderick MacDonald and Edith MacDonald (nee Lamoré) both predeceased. Beloved wife of William Kettlewell. Loving mother of Paula Louise (Antony) and grandmother of Justin. Dear sister of Margaret Pollock (Ken predeceased), Jack (Jean) both predeceased, Mickey Sheppard (Bud) both predeceased, Jim predeceased, Ronald (Jackie) both predeceased, Marion Newstead (Vernon) both predeceased, Bud predeceased (Joan), Laurine MacQueen predeceased (Murray), Doris Frederick (Robert), Lorne predeceased (Karen), Judie Grieve predeceased (John), Janice predeceased, and Allan predeceased (Linda). She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
The family wishes to thank the outstanding doctors, nurses, staff and volunteers at the Maison McCulloch Hospice and her dear friends Ada and Fred Gundrum.
In keeping with Katie’s wishes there will be no visitation or celebration. Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium.
