ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are currently looking for an experienced SERVICE COORDINATOR to join our team in our Sudbury operation. This will be an 18-month contract position.  Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for:

• Interfacing with customers for service-related inquiries 
• Monitoring, managing, prioritizing, and scheduling the following tasks in an efficient manner 
  • equipment installations
  • annual maintenance 
  • emergency service calls
  • regulatory inspections (gas-check / comprehensive)
• Maintaining customer account information 
• Registering customers for warranty coverage
• Completing purchase orders for incoming equipment, tanks, and materials
• Maintaining inventory levels as required 
• Completing other office administration duties as required 

ABOUT YOU: 

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3- 5 years’ service coordination experience 
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organization, time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Working knowledge of TSSA, WHMIS & OPA requirements considered an asset
