Pro wrestling returns to the Nickel City on June 28 when Project X Wrestling takes over the Caruso Club in the city’s West End.
“The community is buzzing with excitement that The Real1 Enzo Amore, ‘The Certified G and Bonafide Stud and you can't teach that’ as seen on the WWE (2012-2018) is coming to Sudbury,” Project X told Sudbury.com.
Amore holds a meet and greet for VIP ticket holders from 6-7 p.m. on June 28.
The event is also an occasion to highlight a partnership between Project X and the Sudbury Wolves.
“We're thrilled to announce our partnership with Project X Wrestling,” said Alija Williamson, SWSE partnerships and outreach co-ordinator, in the news release. “At SWSE, we're especially excited about this collaboration as it reinforces our dedication to engaging, uniting, and inspiring the people of Greater Sudbury through sports and entertainment. Teaming up with Project X Wrestling, we eagerly anticipate boosting the excitement and entertainment scene in our city!”
Wrestling fans will get to see Sudbury’s own Magnum McLaren, the Project X heavyweight champion, defend his title against “The Death Wish” Aiden Prince of TNA Wrestling.
Limited tickets are still available and can be purchased online at ProjectXTix.com, by email to [email protected] or by phoning 249-360-6057.
“This will be a sold-out event and limited tickets will be available at the door.”
Vip Tickets are $35 which gives you early access at 6 p.m. and priority seating, meet and greet and a souvenir program. General Admission tickets are $30 and the doors open at 6:30 p.m. for entry.
