Sudbury Wolves fans will have 34 chances to see the Pack play on home ice during the 2024-25 Ontario Hockey League season.

The league released its season schedule on June 17. The team will play 68 regular season games during the season, half of which will be played at Sudbury Arena.

The home-ice season opener will be played Sept. 27 against the Barrie Colts.

“We look forward to our home opener and getting the 2024-25 season underway,” said VP and General Manager Rob Papineau. “With the draft picks we have been able to accumulate, our plan is to support our returning players to be a highly competitive team.

“Not counting the ’21-’22 season after COVID where we played four teams 40 times in the unbalanced schedule, since the 2018-2019 season we have the second best regular season record in the Eastern Conference and look to add the right pieces to give our fans another competitive team this year.”

The Wolves’ home schedule will feature 20 Friday games, eight Sunday matches, five on Wednesdays, and one Saturday game. Evening games will get the traditional 7:05 p.m. start time, while Sunday’s will feature a 2:05 p.m. puck drop.

Returning to the team for the upcoming season are several high-profile Wolves, including Chicago Blackhawks prospect Alex Pharand, San Jose Sharks prospect Quentin Musty and 2024 NHL Draft eligible players Nathan Villeneuve and Kieron Walton. The team will also feature 2024 first-round selection Luca Blonda and second-round selection Ethan Dean.

Season memberships are on sale now. Fans can secure their seats by visiting the Sudbury Arena Box Office or by purchasing tickets online at greatersudbury.ca/tickets. Fans can contact [email protected] for more info.
